<p>WEB SITE: www.wwcc.wy.edu/starvalley </p><p>COST: $5 initial fee for all services. $60 fee to take the HSEC (High School Equivalence Certification). </p><p>Scholarships are available, based on income. </p><p>ELIGIBILITY: 16 years and older, not attending high </p><p>school </p><p>SERVICES: Adult Basic Education -leading to HSEC or prep for college entrance, ESL (English as a Second Language) beginning through advanced. Help is available to prepare for the U.S. citizenship test. Classes are </p><p>available both in Afton and Etna. </p>
