Washington Street, Afton <br></p><p>SERVICES: The Cent$ible Nutrition Program provides fun, hands-on classes that teach participants how to eat better for less. The classes include new cooking methods, food safety, learning to read food labels, deciding if foods are healthy, menu planning, saving money at the grocery store, etc. Class times vary to fit the client's needs and young children are welcome. </p>
